Hilltop 7 Farm is a third-generation family farm in Bozeman, Montana, originally founded in 1978 and now operated by Felix Peterson. The farm raises high-quality beef and pork in the Gallatin Valley, with a focus on ethical animal care, local processing, and full transparency from pasture to plate. What makes Hilltop 7 unique is its direct connection to Storm Castle Cafe, a well-known local restaurant owned by the same family, where the exact same meats are served to customers daily. This creates a rare, vertically integrated farm-to-table experience where customers can both dine and purchase the products directly from the source.
